Warana Co-operative Group as a social responsibility restarted other four (4) closed /sick co-operative sugar industries from rest of Maharashtra for encouragement to there local progress.

44 MW Co-Gen. Project at Warananagar is first biggest one from co-operative sector in India.

Sixty seven (67) Co-operative Lift Irrigation Schemes are effective to cover above 16,000 acres of land in the operational area with latest technology and machineries for better agricultural production. Government special sanction obtained for construction of 'Dhamni Dam Project' for speeding up overall development in southern part of Tahsil Panhala.

First CNG & Lingosulphonate Plant using press mud & effluent byproducts of the concerned industries.

Organizations like Warana Milk & Milk Products Ltd., Warana Dairy & Agro Industries Ltd., Warana Sugars Ltd., with its novel quality productions are operating well.

Better Domestic /Foreign markets with higher prices for Warana's best quality refined sugar, dairy products, sugar cane juice, etc.

Solar Power Projects from MEDA are functioning well in remote & hilly areas in Maharashtra including holy place 'Jyotirlinga' in Kolhapur district & the legislative assemblies.

Honor to supply Warana milk & dairy products to Indian Army including many states in India.

Golden Jubilee Ceremony (2009-2010) of Warana Co-operative Sugar Industry is celebrated in the presence of his excellency Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam. He expresses to repeat this 'Warana Co-operative Role Model' in rest of India. It is the epitome of co-operative movement.

In order to develop rural wrestling sport spirit, International Wrestling Match is organized at Warananagar every year with cheering mob of more than 2 lacks people.
